hello I’m on the road! Trying lose weight use to be nearly 13 stone now just above 12 stone but trying to figure what to eat as I’m eating healthier no snacks or takeaways just normal basics like but it is super hard as I feel so hungry don’t know how u people control it? Hello. Welcome to mfp. If you are not tracking your food, I would suggest you use mfp to start. it might be an issue of where you are not eating enough. Try focusing on protein and increase your fiber intake. Each of us are individual but this has helped me. Losing weight doesn't need to be a struggle.
What does your eating habits look like now? How many calories do you burn when you exercise? Are you eating some of them back?
