hi my name is Cathy I’ve just joined fitness pal for the second time it’s been a long time since I was here, but the reason I’m here this time is to try lose some weight weight that I put on over the years and hopefully will be able to move a lot easier as I get older I’m starting to feel a lot of aches and pains and stiffness which makes it hard to get around

Hi Cathy, I just reactivated my account last week after a several year absence. I find it hard to exercise or be active in the depths of winter. Now that spring is peeping in I exceeded my steps goal for each of the last 4 days. It’s a start
