Hello!

I'm oscar, and I've been kinda insecure about myself since like forever, so i'm finally doing something about it! I'm trying to get more toned (I have like a normal amount of muscle from random motivational periods of working out) so that I'm proud of myself when I look in the mirror ever morning. I don't want to get super skinny, i just want to lose some weight.

    I've lost most of my weight. Just working on the last bit. I've always heard that's the hardest to lose. But I have faith in both of us. We can do this!

    Hi Oscar. I was looking to gain muscle while losing some fat. I lost 10 pounds, still adding muscle, and working on the last bits of fat. Every body is different, but what I have found that works for me is upper body strength training 2x week and using a treadmill at an incline 5-6 days a week for 40ish minutes per session (on weekends and days with more availability, I'll bump the session up to 60 minutes). I take in my weigh in grams of protein per day, half my calories in complex carbs, and the remainder in healthy fats. I typically do not crave or want a sweet, but I will not deny myself should it happen; everything in moderation. I did not lower my calorie intake as it is at a good number to begin with.
