Hey. i'm new to this and am looking to start my ‘healthy’ journey. i dont really care much about the number on the weighing scale. but i want to try and maintain a healthy diet and consistently go to the gym. i am 18 years old and my weight is around average for my age group. if anyone has any tips for me all will be welcome. i'd also like to make friends on here that i can share tips and tricks with. thanks !!
