Heavy LT

not the best look to be a heavy LT. Want to lose approx 30-50 lbs. I lift very regularly (4-5 days per week) in the morning (around 6 PST). Working out hasn’t been too difficult, but nutrition is what gets me (big time volume eater). I’d love to get more consistent for meal planning.

Hello welcome to mfp. the site should give you a guide to your goal calories. I find that meal prep helps me keep things simple. You might also want to check out the fitness and Exercise or the food and nutrition categories. People here love to help. Just take it one day at a time and keep learning as you go. You can do it.
