Hi ! First day done ! Feeling motivated - but I always do at the beginning of the week .. tend to fail as the week goes on! Wanting to lose a stone 🙌🏼

Hello Nicole. Sometimes motivation is overrated. You can still do things without motivation, admittedly it's better to have it but if you want to lose that stone, lose the stone. Find ways of eating and exercise that works for you. Losing weight doesn't have to be a miserable endeavor.
