Hello, today is the start of a new me, a healthier lifestyle! I currently started a calorie deficit diet, I will be working out 5 days a week, 30-40min high intensity. So any encouragement or tips will be greatly appreciated!!!

you can do anything you put your mind to! Just remember it's going to take time. You are in this for the rest of your life but it will be worth it.
