There was just one day I had alcohol during the 75 (+1) days.

I used one of the three pass days (forgot to read one day), so added a day to the end - 75 +1

    • I didn't track past the 64 ounces/day - but 75 (+1) days of 64 ounces - 4,864 ounces of water.
    • I took A LOT of picture - well over 1,000!

It was a very enjoyable experience, and I am so glad that I did it. Now what to do with myself? 😁

    75 HARD RESULTS:

I gained 4% muscle and lost 30lbs but most importantly I gained my self-respect back 🤩 I am not done yet and have even started on my second round. I love the mental changes and how I make time for myself again. This is a tough challenge and remembering to cherish the moment you are in, taking it slowly day by day was a mind trick for me. Some days I weighed the same, more but eventually my body would release it and the results are way better than I could ever have imagined. You got this FitFam!!!
