28 pounds in 4 months and going!!!!

So proud to step on the scale on Easter Monday and still having lost vs. last week despite some major indulgence yesterday πŸ˜‹

Changing habits since Jan 1 with 500kcal deficit, sport 3 times a week, 8000 steps each day and whole foods preference. No "forbidden" foods. Had Pizza last night (first time this month). Just sensible decisions, portion control and lots of homemade soups and salads to fill up that tummy with protein and fibre (I'm more hungry on days I skip legumes).

Have about 10 pounds left to my dream weight and then the actual work starts: Maintaining, building muscles and cultivate healthy habits over holidays and the rest of the year.πŸ’ͺ
