I feel like I’m aging rapidly in the last year. I will be 50yr this year and choosing to take better care of myself. Wish I had started earlier. I have pre existing conditions such as high blood pressure and my kidneys are struggling. I’ve lost a bit of weight. Slowly making progress though. Seeing deep lines developing on my face is depressing. I’m taking GLP1 medication and even though it’s expensive. It is helping me create better habits. Need some inspiration and encouragement:)

I love being late 40s. My advice at the moment is the saying "use it or lose it" is true. Last year I reduced my hours at a sedentary job and just recently started a more physically demanding merchandising job to supplement. I have so much more energy and feel and look better!

The only difficulty with this age, for me, is trying not to get depressed when I start missing my daughter being little..especially during holidays! Trying to make the most of my time with her as a teen, though:D

I'm going to be 52 soon. I can't wait for things to be over and done with

I'm finding that I can't lose weight the same way as I used to. I could workout like a friend and the pounds would drop, now they want to all stay with me. I know I'm lovely but geez. ☺️ I feel more achey and I swear I sweat more during workouts but I'm still trucking on. I eased off on looking after my fitness and weight but now I'm back trying again. It's a long haul but it'll be good in the long run. Just keep active cause it's the fountain of youth is my motto
