I've been here for years, since at least 2014 logging my calories away but very, very rarely posting in Community Chat. My name is Gina and I lost 60 lbs. eleven years ago very rapidly and easily after switching from the oral antipsychotic medication, Risperdal, to the injectable form of Risperdal called, Risperdal Consta. After finding that I could not tolerate the injections anymore, (too painful), I switched back to oral Risperdal. Ever since the switch, I have been slowly gaining the weight back over the last five years despite all my calorie counting, portion control and exercise efforts. Of the 60 lbs. that I originally lost, I've gained back 25 of those pounds, and counting.
