Related to weight gain

Hi... myself rohith, 24 years
From long time iam trying to increase my muscle mass and I started going gym and i consume protein too. I know a balanced diet and regular gym is very essential part here which I try my best to meet. Still i feel that iam not getting the output.

If you're trying to gain weight, you need a calorie surplus. If you're trying to gain muscle, you need to have a program that's based on progessive overload with high volume to encourage muscular hypertrophy and have a diet that supports it.
