I started this app about a week ago, recommended by my amazing trainer. I'm open for any healthy advice in losing fat and maintaining it as a woman in her 50s.

    Happy Saturday! If there’s one think you can cut back on first, I would say it’s sugar and foods containing any types of sweeteners.

    I have the late night snacking as well. It gets worse with stress. I’ve had some success with drinking more water and healthier snacks if it’s really needed.
