Help

Hello! Im on and off with this app, and usually I'm really lazy and unhealthy in the summer. Any tips on how to keep my routine, build discipline, and/or low effort lactose-free meals? I have recently been struggling more with lactose intolerance and I usually have lactose food/drinks at least 1-2 times a day, I need to work on cutting that out and finding better eating habits to get me everything I need without cramping really bad after meals lol

try looking for lactose free milks, yogurts, and cheeses as there are some around you can buy. I know because my sister suffers.
To become “unlazy” as you say you are in the summer, make sure to schedule things in your calendar. I do strength training with a trainer 3x per week. I just restarted cycling yesterday and went for a short ride. Once you get over the mindset that you can’t or don’t have time, you enjoy it and want to get out more!! Hope this helps, stay positive!0 -

hey! You’re already on the right start by showing that you care - so good for you! I more recently had to start adding in lactose friendly/dairy free into my diet, one of the things I’ve found incredibly helpful is almond milk - regular unsweetened. I use it to replace nearly EVERYTHING I eat/drink/cook/bake. And it works. I find it affordable, healthy, and helps with gut issues. I hope it can help you too! Keep on! You got this!
