I had a much better day. I had 3 healthy meals and did not feel a need to snack at all. I went out for coffee with a friend and just had iced coffee. No pastry or cookie. Had a 45 minute walk. It was extremely hot today so I took it slow. Surprised I even ventured outside as I don’t like the heat. Glad I did though.
Tomorrow is going to be another scorcher, even hotter than today. It’s so hot that they’re closing the pools because it’s too hot for the lifeguards! 🥵3 -

6/23 177.0Thank you all for the support, means a lot to me! Strawberry crop was minimal this year due to all our rain but we still had fun. Hubby and I went to the gym yesterday. I did not take a class but did ride one of the extra spin bikes for 45 min. Losing weight isn't happening but I can do my best to keep any gains minimal. My trainer is back from vacation so strength is on the agenda today.
HappyDonkey75 - ugh congestion is my most disliked thing about a cold!
Heat and humidity are no joke, everyone be careful out there if braving the temps even to walk.

We had alot of rain over the weekend and much cooler temps(snow at 4000 feet and above ) . We needed it so I am not complaining but I think maybe I am having some allergy symptoms thrown in for a little extra misery.
I seriously could use a few days off . We have one lady out on vacation and the other coworker ghosted me friday afternoon and today. She told me she had PTO today but my manager apparently didn't have that approved. So not sure what is going to happen there.. likely nothing . So I am solo today .
On a more positive note, I have gotten a couple workouts in for the last couple of days.. The June goal might be in reach.. that would be amazing..

6/24- 159.8hello 150's, its been YEARS since I was in the 170's , but the 150's? I think the last time I was in the 150 range was when I was in high school. In full transparency I am working less hard in the last two weeks at trying to lose than I have for the last several months and yet I am seeing consistent reduction. Go figure.
My GLP was recently adjusted and I am finally at the therapeutic dose. This medication hits on three receptors instead of two like the previous GLP I was on. I guess it must be working but I am slightly worried I am losing muscle too with the slow down on my workouts.
Need to get feeling better soon so I an hit the gym more consistently. I had another day of no workout yesterday as I was very congested and had to help mom with some things after work. Today I will workout. I won't increase my dose now for another 4 -5 weeks.. I plan to wean off and go to a maintenance dose once I hit 150.

I'm owning it: Three late nights working, and one hefty snack-attack this week, and that number jumped up. I'm front-loading the exercise this morning; my Tuesdays are late nights for an online class. I'm going to make my salad early today so I can just dump it in a bowl and eat before.
Several of you are just killing it this month. I am so happy you're seeing results! Keep going, you inspire all of us. Hope to have similar posts in the future!

Another extremely hot day. 🥵 I went out late in the day for groceries. About a 40 minute walk. Diet was alright. 3 square meals. Snacked on watermelon. I’m going to try to have slightly smaller portions tomorrow and see if I miss the extra food.

@MercyRoth thank you. I chose 150 as my ultimate goal a year ago because I remembered how I felt at that weight so many moons ago. I honestly never thought I would be here. I credit alot of that progress to this group. I started this journey last May- ish but got serious in June/July. My BMI is still higher than I want according to my app but I have also read that isn't always the best thing to go by.
