Pizza and salad

another stir fry, but this time garlic, ginger, lotus root, mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper, oyster sauce, and knife cut noodles. and a generous spoonful of lee kum kee chilli oil .

Steamed green beans with chicken breast and cottage cheese. Quick and easy since it was just me for dinner tonight.

Swedish Meatballs, mashed potatoes, and salad
Cream Sauce:
- 2 cups boiling water
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

homemade spinach pesto, mixed through roasted peppers, broccoli, courgette & mushrooms. Set on linguine & dressed with parmesan.

I made venison back strap medallions wrapped in bacon and broiled in the oven along with roasted new potatoes and carrots.

Skillet Thai inspired rice w/ pineapple, cashews, and tofu and eggroll

Breakfast for dinner tonight -french toast, cottage cheese, a salad w/ fresh peaches

Tried a ghost pepper soup - beyond hot, inedible. Ghost pepper anything off the table.
ate the salad. Then had a sandwich at home.

I’m going to have a vegan cheese and tomato sandwich.

Some sort of veggie pasta or pizza tonight with a salad and peaches from South Carolina.

I had left over braised leg of lamb in the reserved lamb broth/sauce and made a pasta with it. I sauteed some garlic, julienne red onion, parsley, chili flakes, cherry toms and a little mutti and finished with a little of the starchy pasta water to loosen the sauce and then added parmigiana Reggiano and used pappardelle. Pretty tasty.

Chicken breast & raviolis smothered sauce & shaved parm, roast cauliflower, green dinner salad, dark cherries & cut watermelon.

Pan seared boneless pork chops smothered in barbecue sauce, buttered potatoes, green beans and crescent rolls.
