Good Morning!

My name is Linda and I have been procrastinating on trying eat right and lose weight. I stress eat and am currently between jobs and my husband is a picky eater that has been fighting cancer for 10 years now. He also is an emotional eater and doesn’t want to change. I have to make changes because we have a 13 yrs old daughter and soon to be first time grandparents for one of my older sons.
My problems is I have always been small until I hit 35. But now I forget how big I have gotten until I look in the mirror. I’m not huge but I am a lot bigger than I should be for my body frame and it’s starting to affect my blood pressure, among other things. I need to at least drop 30 pounds but I should probably get off 48 pounds. So, here I go!
