I’m just getting started on a new chapter in my health journey. My goal is to lose weight and build healthier habits as I approach my 50th birthday — I want to feel my best by then!

Right now, I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle, so one of my biggest goals is simply to get more active — even small, consistent steps count. I’m using MyFitnessPal to track my progress, stay accountable, and connect with others who are working toward their own goals.
