Help with hitting protein goals

Hello all, just after recommendations on foods/snacks to help hit my protein goals.

I need to hit 200g a day, but only getting to about 120-140g.

I have protein shakes and chicken for most meals. But after some tips on good snacks to help hit my goals.

    That's hard to do when you can't eat meat or fish….esophagus problem. Not crazy about eggs either. So. . hoping some will gives us ideas. I need to lose 20 lbs and I know getting the protein I need will help.
