Newbie to this nutrition and fitness

hello, I joined my fitness pal app to focus on more discipline with my food and to lose 11 pounds in a couple of months at the same time tone up my body.
I find that chatting with others will likely help me attain my goals

if you’re that close to goal, those last 11 pounds may be harder to lose, and take longer than expected.Be kind to yourself, don’t self criticize,, and don’t give up if you don’t make it in two months.
That’s over a pound a week loss, which is even hard for a larger person to do.
Ditto for “toning”. While you may see improvements in a couple of months, I doubt you’ll get the body of your dreams that quick.
Strongly suggest you go to the Success Stories board and delve into the NSV (non scale victories) thread. That one was a life changer for me.
Change your expectations as needed.

I joined this app because I need to track my food intake. Im on Zed bound and I dont eat that often . My weight won't go down. So I'm trying to figure out whats wrong. I also am type 2 diabetic. Maybe it's the insulin too. Any advice. Please and thank you
