The past 3 weeks I've used My FitnessPal along with a well-balanced meal plan, exercise, and a coach. I love the detailed nutrition breakdown and suggestions for additional foods! Now that I'm retired I'm dedicating my efforts to losing 60 pounds that I gained over the past two decades. I've lost 20 lbs so far, over a few years. It's time to lose the rest, and keep it off for good!
