Round 304July 30 - 8 August 2025

Please join us starting on 7/30 for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 304

Anyone can join us at any time during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful, we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. You have only one hour to edit your post. Post every day to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non-scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share. Make the board your own - track what is important for YOUR JOURNEY.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all the posts.

    Round 304 (July 30 - 8 Aug, 2025) #5 :

I need more motivation, inspiration and accountability in my life and this challenge has helped support me in the past, thank you @musicsax. ☺️ I intend to weigh myself at the start and finish of the round and will update my progress within the group at the end. My height is 5'3" and I currently weigh 63.8kg (140.6 lb). My ultimate goal weight is 54kg.

    Each day my goals are:

    • To log my foods/exercise into Myfitnesspal

    • Eat healthier and reduce the intake of junk food

    • Reduce alcohol intake

    • Aim to go to the gym 4 times per week.

    Eager to stay committed! 🤸

A little bit about me: I'm 33 years old, female, 160cm (5ft 2.5in) tall. I have a 2yo son who is so full of energy and keeps me eternally busy! I generally keep fit doing judo and walking my very mad spaniel. I have Crohn's disease and am currently flaring which mean I'm struggling with fatigue and nausea. I weigh wearing clothes so my actual weight fluctuates a lot, but I'm more concerned about trend.

Going to be travelling later this round, so I'm going to try and stick to my daily weighing if I'm able to take the scales with us, but I will see.

    My goals this round:

    • Weigh every day
    • In bed by 10:30pm
    • Maintaining is good enough
    • Knee exercises daily
    • Alcohol free (except when we move, I will open some bubbles when that happens)
    • Track Crohn's symptoms

@SModa61 and @Chapter_3 My first Round was #94. It really helped! The following entry from my history indicates the beginning of the end to discipline for me…. It started with about seven weeks in Florida, just retired, not paying attention, then a prostate surgery, then a period of stress while I took the reigns for my parent's health and finances (still a stress). I would have been better served to stick with this group during that time because I have been sputtering since coming back. But it is good to be back, or I may have been in worse shape.

@quiltingjaine ~ thanks for the heads up so we didn't have to come hunt you down!! 😁 Seriously though, enjoy the break and enjoy the wedding and we will be here holding down the fort until you return!!

Thanks @Chapter_3 and @SModa61 for all the shout-outs. Still here, still trying…some days, more than others!! 💯 And great idea to call out a few friends that we haven't seen in a while.

@_JeffreyD_ is correct. Men are very welcome! We don't bite… well, most days! 🤣
