I'm up .8lbs this week. Which, I'm irritated by but, I started my goal of having a resistance workout before the end of sept. 1 day down, 15 to go! I'm also celebrating a nsv of not demolishing the half moon cookies my father brought this weekend while he visited.

Yesterday was my most intense day of the year at work, a massive charity fundraiser. It was a success. I’m ready to easy into a quiet fall season now.2 -
I so didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I told my workout buddy (9yo daughter) we would just take the dog for a walk and, delay today's scheduled workout until tomorrow. I really don't like getting up for these workouts but, they won't happen at night either. Down 1lb since Monday.

Why is my weight going up??? Is it perimenopause? Is it muscle? Is it water or fat? This is so hard. I was previously worried about a plateau but this is worse. I am still putting in the effort. The only thing I changed is I finish eating earlier, but that should be helping not hampering. I’ll go back to tracking more vigilantly and see what’s happening.

9/20: 153.5@MercyRoth I’m sure you must be discouraged but hang in there! Once I upped my exercise I seemed to gain a few pounds which is an awful feeling. But I did see a NSV in toning and body comp. We have to keep going!
