it’s great to start with that plan, but focusing on working out and protein will not create weight loss.Strongly suggest buying a scale and learning to weigh and log your food. That’s where weight loss happens.
I worked out for several years and couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing weight. I see that with women at my gym and yoga studio, too.
It wasn’t til I started logging food that I made the “….oh……” connection that I was eating many times the calories I needed simply to maintain.
3500 calories is generally considered to equal one pound. Even if you’re only over eating a little bit, that can quicky, easily, and surprisingly add up to small gradual weight gain or failure to lose.
