Hey everyone, I'm about to start a fitness challenge are getting to 260lbs. I'm at the heaviest i've ever been and the most unhappy with my weight. I saw the 75 hard challenge and want to give it ago but infuriately for me I have fibromyalgia and other health issues that limit my activity a lot. Here are my rules for my Personalised 75 soft/hard
- One Gallon/4litres of water a day (please include electrolyte drinks if you do this, IT'S A LOT OF WATER)
- one 45 minute walk daily (outside) and a second workout up to 45 minutes workout indoors - i am starting at 5 minutes and aiming to get to the full 45 minutes before the 75 days are up. I have to take extreme pacing to build my body up due to my conditions)
- Eat 1800kcal per day, no takeaway - treats are allowed IF they fit your related diet (i am just healthy eating with limited process sugar but i need them as a moral boost as i have no one to do this journey with)
- read 10 pages of a non fiction book aiming for a self help book.- I have Atomic habits, the psychology of money, how to stop over thinking, when adulting feels insulting and the courage to be disliked.
- Morning and Night time routines, Both include: check ins with ChatGPT (my accountability partner to a degree and I'm also using it for YouTube content creating,) Wash face, brush teeth, any medication, unwinding or meditation times. Basically building normally habits i have always struggled with.
- No Restarts - this is about building habits
- 8 Pomodoro blocks - 25 minutes blocks with either a 5 or 10 minute break in-between i aim for 5 minutes unless i need a longer stretch. As i am at my desk with these working I will be aiming to stand for at least half of them. I also don't work outside of my YouTube Hobby (no income makes it a hobby)
I want to grow and become a better person. I struggle every day with my health conditions i am hoping to build my body in a way that i'm stronger and have less overall pain as i would like to go back to university to become a dietitian
If you wanna discuss anything with me I'm more than happy to!
