Newbie checking in

Hello Everyone,

Im 44 days into logging food intake and changing to a better lifestyle. Working on getting everything into routines to maintain the consistency. Using My fitness pal for food, fitbit for tracking with a charge 6 fitbit tracker, and using a app called fitbod for my workouts. All of this has been working great. Im down 37LBS so far. I lost alot in the beginning but I have adjusted everything and im currently losing 2 to 3 lbs a week as of today. Friends are welcome just hit me up and we can stay motivated.
