Run on the treadmill for 2 minutes and then spend around 5 minutes stretching. The last 8 are spent showering, changing, and finding a post recovery snack.
I break up my weight lifting into circuits and between each one, I'll run for 2 minutes to keep my heart rate up.0 -
Jump on a bike and watch the end of Sportscenter.
My "abs" were worked while I was lifting anyway.

I typically will sit on a bike and ride slowly to catch my breath or stretch too. Sometimes though, I feel guilty wasting precious time!!
Who am I kidding, most times, when I'm done early, I go home early...0 -
10 mins on the bike while watching news/Judge Judy. 5 minutes to get home and fix something to eat! Because I Want Food! :sad:0
