What is the best routine for a healthy lifestyle?

About as open-ended of a question as one can ask…
A healthy lifestyle needs sufficient nutrition to meet your body's needs, enough movement to keep your body strong enough to meet your daily activities, and enough sleep to recover the energy to do it all over again.
How you meet those three goals is so completely personal that trying to determine a "best routine" that covers everybody is impossible. Some people work nights and sleep during the day; some exercise daily, others a couple times per week, others are so swamped with work and life responsibilities that "exercise" is only a dream; nutritional needs can be met in thousands of ways.
If you tell us some details of your life (weight, goals, access to gym, time constraints, physical limitations, etc) we can help customize a plan for YOU. But a perfect plan for one may be barely adequate, or even impossible, for another.

Due to your user name, the fact that this is your first post, and the nature of this question it feels to me that you're just looking to find answers for your own personal monetary or intelligence-gathering gain.

Eat mostly nutrient-dense foods that add up to appropriate calories for your body weight goals, and that provide good overall nutrition. Get some exercise, ideally a combination of cardiovascular exercise and strength exercise. Cardiovascular exercise is any kind of movement that raises your heart rate through oxygen consumption. Strength exercise is any kind of movement that challenges your current strength; ideally you want to challenge many muscle groups with different movements.
That's the basics. You asked a huuuuuuuggggeeee question of us, and gave us zero information about your situation, goals, or anything else.
If you want detailed information, I suggest you consider sources like your country's national health authorities, respected major universities and non-profit medical centers, non-profits that may focus on any health concerns you have (examples: diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, etc.). In the U.S., national health authorities are things like NIH, USDA, etc. I think you may be in the Asia Pacific area someplace, could be one of many countries; I don't know their sites.
