I'm in too! I have to get motivated somehow. I've been at a standstill for quite some time, so maybe this can really help me.

And whenever I think about eating bad, I'll remember this and I'll do good.

Today is the day I chose to start my 20 lbs by christmas. I was under on calorie intake, and did some walking. not bad for me, usually i dont wanna tear myself away from the computer. :laugh:
