I'm in I need accountability, just came back August 1st, not doing very well so far.
I have back, shoulder and knee problems but I am working out 3 times a week at least 30 minutes.

Count me in I'm from Melbourne Australia and we use kilos so i think 20 lbs is roughly just over 9 kilos so Yeh count me in .

I totally understand where you are...I'm having serious issues with hormonal weight gain...going to try this though; just started the T25 program and I'm really amping up my protein which I'm told will help w/ my hormones...good luck0
