New to myfitness and looking for support and motivation. I am motivated to change for myself and my family. I was once a very athletic and have fell into a routine of bad eating habits and I am fed up with it. My weight effects most of my daily decisions and it is not fair to me my family. I started this journey 8 days ago and I don't plan on looking back. I start this journey at 300lbs and my first goal is to lose 80 lbs in a year's time. I know there will be good days, bad days and many bumps in the road but I am hoping to meet a few friends on here to me along the way.

31 Here, open food journal, feel free to add me, met with a nutritionist so I have a fairly strick eating program. Also training for my 5th 1/2 Marathon. Nutritionist is trying to get me down from 160lbs to 140lbs which would put me at 20% body fat. This also requires 5 to 6 hours of cardio a week.
