    3. That I've had certain meals at certain times. What's logged as "breakfast" might have been consumed for lunch... If I skipped breakfast, had lunch and then had a snack at 3:30pm that snack will definitely be found under breakfast.

    Snap I dont lie on MFP as the only person I am cheating is myself, also I dont know anyone on here! so on Facebook I have to be super happy all the time or I get judged and talked about so I always censor myself, on here I can be totally honest because I have never met any of you face to face

    The only thing that isnt 100% truthful is what time of day I ate certain things, I plan a days worth of food and pack a lunch box, sometimes I eat it all in the morning and fill up on water in the afternoon sometimes I eat it all in the afternoon sometimes its spread out lol

    1. I NEVER eat after I hit my finished logging for the day
    2. I ALWAYS get in 8 glasses of water
