    Ooopsy I forgot.....

    Starting weight for this challege: 142.4 lbs
    Goal for August: 137.4

    That would be awesome, as it would put me 7 lbs away from my overall goal weight! Yay!!

  • I'll do this...I didn't really stay focused in July, so I rarely logged in (boo me!).

    I'll stick to it this time & I'm even willing to make Sundays my weigh in date.

    We locked for July! AWESOME. Some of us have been doing this since January and July is the first month to get locked!

    I got in six miles on the treadmill and burned 750 calories before breakfast. I am feeling it in my legs right now but it is a great feeling!

    Never mind, I just weighed myself I have reached my weight loss goal. Now its time to maintain.

    I tried the July challenge and fell a little short. I was still having good days and not so good days. Guess I didn't have enough good days to off set the bad ones. I'm willing to try again. I just have to stay on top of my workouts and stay more focused on staying within my calories. I need to keep moving forward. I'm not ready to stop yet.

    Weighed in yesterday: 175 Goal: 169! BTW...it takes some getting used to...announcing my weight=).

    Ok never did this before but I am in. I will do a proper weigh tomorrow but I am around 157. I hope to lose more the 5lbs in August but will take what I can get :)

    Do we just post our weight weekly? What do we need to do other then the obvious?
