I've been using mashed avocado instead of mayoniase and it's really good. It gives it a smooth texture. I have this addiction to mayo, i know, it's pretty gross BUT IT TASTE SO GOOOD :-)

Tuna packed in water, not oil. Drained, mixed in a bowl with French's mustard and a diced egg. One can prepared like this makes two sandwiches.

    NO MAYO!

I bet it would be amazing with the horseradish though. I need it try that, man, I totally love horseradish.

I like it with Dijon mustard, a little mayonnaise, and possibly olives or chopped celery. A hardboiled egg is tasty too.

Believe it or not cottage cheese is AMAZING in tuna!

I totally believe that. Sounds good to me.

I do different things, depending on my mood, how much time I have, what ingredients I have. The most common is probably about 1/2 as much shredded carrot as I have tuna, black pepper, cayenne, .5 tablespoon of mayo, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, celery seed, cucumber, and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds.

    Tomatoes and avocado.

Sometimes I do diced apple and .5 tablespoon of walnuts.

I also like finely chopped pickles and onion, but not pickle relish.

Num. Now I want tuna. :)

Good suggestions - I love, love, love spicy foods. I think the sriracha sounds like a great match!
