You should be able to use the "attach image/file" button above where you type your reply:
You can then either browse for your image or drag and drop your image:

I say this a lot. I absolutely hated running and all the pain I had in my shins and feet until I got properly fitted for the correct shoes. Now I love to run and my feet and legs love me again.
Yes!!! Me too!! After so many years of failure due to shin splints Brooks shoes have enabled me to be a runner! You should know that I was just now laying around feeling blah and sorry for myself and this image/entire thread (only on page 15 btw!) got me up and I now have my Brooks Ghost 7 on my feet and am ready to run...thank you!!! (Blows a kiss)1
