How often do you weigh yourself?

I weigh daily and here's why: If I weigh myself only once a week I would allow myself too many cheats within that week with the reasoning that "oh I have 5 days until I weigh in, this will be off by then" etc. If I'm accountable everyday I find I rarely allow myself any cheats. It took me a long time to figure this out but it's been working great for me!0

Every Saturday morning for me. I do step on during the week, but my weight fluctuates drastically during the week that it can be quite frustrating if I let it get to me. The number on the scale can definitely mess with your mind!0

I used to weigh once a week, but now it's more like every 2 weeks, since my weight loss has slowed the closer I get to goal. I get frustrated. LOL Once I am in maintenance I will weigh daily I think.0

Every day. Weighing daily helps me see the fluctuations after sushi, after wine night, when I ovulate(d), with PMS, etc. etc. etc. Helps me see trends, and thus not stress over the daily ups and downs.0

Every day. I log in my weight if changed at 7 day intervals.0

Once a week - first thing on Monday mornings0

Twice a week. This way I always see a loss and this keeps me going.:happy:0

Every morning before coffee and breakfast. And then before and after exercise. I just want to be sure that this weight i lost - is really lost! I still can't believe it when i see i am 25 lbs down! Really - I can't!0

i used to do it everyday but it determined my whole daily mood and what i ate and controlled my life pretty much so now its either once a week, or when i notice a little change in the mirror and want to know if its just me being positive, or a real change0

I weigh every few weeks.0

not very often.0

Every day!
The little ups and downs don't bother me. As long as I see a downward trend in general. I think it really keeps me focused. I know I am doing the right things when I see results.0 -
Whenever I remember to - probably a couple of times a week - some weeks I forget. I've been on maintenance for a couple of years now and it's always the same (or up or down a pound depending on the time of the month ) every time. It's boring and predictable, but in a good way. :drinker:0

Everyday under the same circumstances (after I pee, etc). I do the same as an above PP and I weigh myself a few times in a 5-10 min period and take the lowest number. I prefer to weigh daily.0

every morning after i pee. The scale ALWAYS tells the truth. It might now be the truth i want to hear (like the day after a cheat meal showing water retention) but it always tells the truth.
and i sometimes weigh in at night before bed just to show fluctuation.0 -
every Monday morning..i used to do it every day but always got disappointed when I gained a pound sometime during the week. For me its better once a week. I get better, accurate results.0

Everyday, but only record once a week.0

Used to be daily then i found out my scale is a hateful b!tch and now i only weigh in once a month with my trainer. I have found my tape measure to be a more accurate reading than the scale to begin with.0

once a month...0

Every morning, but I only record Wednesday mornings.0

Just after midnight on Friday morning. I just think that measuring your weight every day could be emotionally detrimental as I think that a persons weight would likely yo-yo and go up and down daily.0

i drink a ton of water so you can see how much that is0 -

Officially, once a week on Wednesday afternoons as part of a medically monitored program. Unofficially, maybe 2-4 times a week, if I have my scale with me.0
