I either add fruit or make my own vanilla yogurt by adding vanilla extract and a packet of Stevia.

Add in one half tsp honey and one tsp or two of cocoa powder. Tastes like pudding. Also good with a ground flaxseed.
  • So many wonderful ideas, I normally add 1/8 tbsp of pure maple syrup as part of my lunch or breakfast every day.

    My go-to breakfast is:

    - 175g of plain greek yogurt
    - 100g of strawberries
    - 2 tbsp of peanut butter

Mix it all around and I swear it tastes sort of like a mcflurry.

Mix with salmon instead of using mayo in a salmon salad.
    Spread onto a cracker.
Veggie dip, just add a little Indian spices such as cumin, turmeric, etc.
Do not blend with nutella, sorry, that's a note to myself, because it's really good!

I mix in fruit or berries. It's still got a bit of a tang to it, so you can also add a bit of sugar as well.

I've used it as a sour cream substitute in chili and on baked potatoes.

I also add peanut butter and a little honey or agave and make a fantastic dip with it (tastes like peanut butter cheesecake)

I add granola and fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Add a tablespoon of preserves or jam...

    Possibilities are endless, really.

add a couple drops of stevia, add some fruit or pumpkin & cinnamon
  • I put smallish diced cucumber, grated/crushed garlic and salt n pepper, makes a delicious dip/spread/condiment. I use it with my home made souvlakis
  • I've found the flavoured Stevia at Super 1 Foods or Yokes...both in Idaho. I'm sure any grocery store that has a good organic section would carry them or order them for you. Sweet Leaf is the brand I like.

I found this recipe on here from someone else, sorry i don't remember who, and it was really good!

    4 chicken breast/thighs (boneless skinless)
    1c.- 1 1/2c. of Plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (I use the 2% it's only 45 calories)
    1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp slap ya mama (cajun season)
    1 tsp season all
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Preheat oven to 400

In a medium sized mix bowl, mix together your yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Once you have that all mixed together, have a casserole dish ready and coat your chicken nice and thick with the mixture. Put in oven and cook till chicken is done.

    That's from here:

and I have found that just making the coating and eating that without the chicken is a tasty delicious snack lol

Mio drops or extracts from the pantry.
  • I add about 1 packet Splenda and a splash of vanilla extract/any extract you prefer for every 1/2 cup of plain nonfat Greek Yogurt.
It sorta reminds me of cheesecake...
