dark chocolate. woah forgot about that. And also Flax seed ... milled or ground or whatever. I think you can literally add to anything. kind of like whey, it is powder so you just sprinkle over oats, in shakes etc.

OP, what is your weekly fat average intake? I personally wouldn't stress worrying about fat intake unless your doc is encouraging more or you have a medical condition. Everyone is unique and some people function better on lower fat than others. It is my impression you function better on lower fat. Dr. Ornish would be proud of you.... ^_^

    A few examples:

    Fish oil capsules
    Coconut oil capsules
    Oatmeal
    Coconut flour
    Whole eggs

This is kinda funny but according to this article on a class action lawsuit (a lawsuit?!!) on the fact that nutella was marketed as a health food ... "Two tablespoons of Nutella contains the equivalent of five teaspoons of sugar. That's very high."
    zomg the evil sugars!!

Not hating on sugar, everyone probably has differnt opinions on that. The OP is looking for presumably healthy fats, not refined carbs. The point is that nutella appears to have a good bit ofnon naturally occuring sugar in it and i dont think it fits the bill for a healthy fat in the quite same way as the other foods mentioned.

I wish I had this problem!
