    My breakfast coffee cup "cake"

    1/4 c oats
    1 raw egg
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    16 blueberries
    splash of milk
    dash of cinnamon

    Blend.
Microwave 2 min, turn out from coffee cup into a bowl and add a drizzle of Cary's sugar free syrup.

    SO good.

What kind of oats? Sounds tasty.

Well, I am currently eating some homemade pork fried rice (brown rice, onion, mushrooms and leftover pork loin fried in a little olive oil) and some sugar snap peas picked fesh this morning on the side. It's pretty friggin' yummy.

I don't even eat pork but I'd probably eat that...sounds delish!

I'm having some homemade chili with sour cream and cheese. I didn't calculate the calories since my aunt made it and brought me some.. I'm guessing around 4-5 hundred for the whole lunch. It's delicious too and so filling :)

It's on Skinnytaste.com. I also really love stuffed peppers, but they are a lot of work. This soup is simple, clean, and quick and tastes just like stuffed green pepper in a bowl! Highly recommended.

    Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal for breakfast:

    1/2 c quick oats
    1/2 c pumpkin
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 packets of Splenda

    216 calories, 44 carbs, 7 fat, 8 protein, 10 fiber, and 166 sodium

I've also made this many times with a scoop of vanilla protein powder if I needed more protein during the day to meet my macros. I didn't need it today, so didn't add it!
