1/4 Oven-roasted acorn squash with Wegman's Basting Oil (1 tsp).

It's pretty tasty and filling, and comes in at 143 calories.

Fiber One Chocolate Chip Brownie! I love these things and they are only 90 calories. I really love the Chocolate Fudge Brownies too. Whenever I want something sweet or dessert, I pull out one of these.

Only have had three things today:

    Black Coffee
    Ground Turkey w Sriracha
    Brocolli

Given those choices, I have to go with the Turkey.

I'm having some homemade chili with sour cream and cheese. I didn't calculate the calories since my aunt made it and brought me some.. I'm guessing around 4-5 hundred for the whole lunch. It's delicious too and so filling :)

I convinced myself my salad was good. (P.S. it was weak, but did the job of filling me up)

Homemade stuffed pepper soup with brown rice- manna from heaven. I made a batch on Sunday and will be feasting all week! A close second would be my cottage cheese and apple butter breakfast.
Sounds delicious! I love stuffed peppers

It's on Skinnytaste.com. I also really love stuffed peppers, but they are a lot of work. This soup is simple, clean, and quick and tastes just like stuffed green pepper in a bowl! Highly recommended.

    Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal for breakfast:

    1/2 c quick oats
    1/2 c pumpkin
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 packets of Splenda

    216 calories, 44 carbs, 7 fat, 8 protein, 10 fiber, and 166 sodium

I've also made this many times with a scoop of vanilla protein powder if I needed more protein during the day to meet my macros. I didn't need it today, so didn't add it!
