I'm a grunter :blushing:0

Why would it be any different for women?
I don't hear anything my earphones are in and I don't give a **** if anyone hears me.

I make sex noises when I lift. Much more considerate.0

JUST DON'T COUNT AUDIBLY AS YOU GRUNT
Ha ha, I did that last night. But at home. So only my cat was pissed.0 -
Grunt away0

i think it's sexy, it depends who does it...0

Noise maker here, too. Oh and I have been known to spit my gum straight up in the air while lying on the bench and pushing out the last few reps. :-) THAT is funny. I had a nice fella next to me try to pick it up and give it back to me off his shoe. Lol.0

it's a natural sound. Some people just hide it like many things.. Like my thoughts on this matter

I can take the grunting any day. It's the farts that annoy me.0

I work out at home. I grunt and cuss, who cares? It's the pee leakage that's most embarrassing.0

The louder i grunt at the gym, the more phone numbers i get by the end of my workout..0

this is the stupidest post ever! A lot of people gruny when they are lifting it can actually help you push a little bit harder and it doesn't matter if its a man or woman anyone that lifts has my respect0
-
I'm a grunter and so is my gym buddy - although she's slightly worse than I am. LOL! Whatever gets you through the last few reps!0
-
I grunt, I moan and I make it look damn sexy0
-
I ttry not to grunt mainly because although the weights are heavy for me, they aren't heavy for a lot of other people
I'm not going to lie I feel self conscious when i'm only deadlifting 75lbs around military people deadlifting/squatting double or more lbs lol
I whisper my counts though...i basically try to be undetectable. lol0 -

*nods head*
yep, you must be new here.
there are a LOT of posts that are more stupid than this. WAY more stupid. WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAAAY more stupid.
oh... and may I interest you in a clean eating debate? :laugh:0 -
Luckily I have my little gym to myself most of the time when I lift so instead of grunting, I'm cussing up a storm. Same thing when I'm running or doing circuit training, "You've got to be F***ING KIDDING ME!!"0
