oh i am so pissed at myself! on wednesday i fell off my bike and really hurt my left knee. the e.r. did a x-ray and nothing is broken, but i have to wrap it and ice and elevate and stay off of it for a week. ugh!!!
so on tuesday and wednesday i am going back to the gym and going to swim laps to at least get some exercise in. friday i hope to get back to the treadmill and aquacise.
so i might not make my goal of 12 miles this month, but i bet i still make last month's goal of 8 miles again.0 -

Ouch! Hope you heal quickly. Don't push it to far. Knees can be pretty delicate when they are injured. Heal fast! :flowerforyou:0 -
