Okay - got in two beach walks the last two days which brings me to 16/50 for the month! Super busy these next few weeks with home repairs, painting, landscaping etc before "the season" starts - but HAVE TO make time for moi'!0

I had a busy evening tonight but managed to get at least a quick a 2.4 mile run in between work and my first parental obligation.

Oh boy, that sounds like a real* leg burner... pulling a loaded bike trailer!!! But then on the weekends I bet it feels like you can just flyyyyy down the road, doesn't it?? I'm sure your 2 yr old enjoys the ride though. Someday you'll have to get them one of those attachments where they can help with the pedaling! :laugh:

Late getting to my walk today but got in 2.46 for the day now 17.88/ goal 80. It's not flat here where I live in NH so the hills are good for the burn. Will be able to do more distance next week when I get down to Florida for a visit. Giving up foliage and hills for palm trees and beach, not a bad trade.
