    Wednesday 10/2/2013: Treadmill 4.4 + 3.02 + 1 = 8.42 miles
    Thursday 10/3/2012: Treadmill 7.22 miles
    Friday 10/4/2013: Treadmill 3.88 miles + Elliptical 2.24 miles + Treadmill 3.21 miles = 5.45 miles
    Saturday 10/5/2013: Rest day
    Sunday 10/6/2013: Rest day (Watched the movie "Argo")
    Monday 10/7/2013: Treadmill 5.42 miles
    Tuesday 10/8/2013: Treadmill 6.6 miles. (That's a bit over 10K, Yall, Yay!)
    Wednesday 10/9/2013: Treadmill 3.59 miles

    You guys are hilarious! I did three miles today, and yes I went past my front door and circled back because I was only at 2.96. It doesn't bother me if I end up OVER 3 miles, I'll just round that down, but rounding up bothers me. :laugh: If I go over enough times I eventually get another whole mile and I add that to my total. Maybe that's why I dared to suggest we don't need to log the fractional miles. :wink:

    I'm exactly the same way! I need to see that round number....if I'm close...I'm not happy. If I'm a bit over...bonus:happy:

    Oct 1--6= 6.176 miles swam
    Oct 7 = 7.53 (1.26 swimming & 6.27 cycling)
    Oct 8 = 10.598 (1.088 swimming & 9.51 cycling)
    Oct 9 = 5.102 walking

    I may have converted a neighbor to Myfitness pal from weight watchers, we joined up walking this morning and talked enough to ignore the hill workout.

    Thanks, Dean! This month I may just have to increase my goal to 200. I'll wait. Hopefully, I'll get back outside this weekend. It's getting dark sooner...harder to get out there after work.

    :laugh: I just burst out laughing. Just replace "front door" with "car" and that is me in the parking lot towards the end of my workout. Normally, my goal is to go as far as I can or for as long as I can. So, unless I'm about to die from exhaustion, I can't go for 35:50 and the distance can't be 1.99 (unless I'm focused on duration that day. And, afterwards, I will still kick myself for not noticing that I only had a few extra steps or pedals). So, yes, I will bike or run around my car! :laugh: But, hey, at least our OCD pushes us to exercise more.

    ^^^ This how hilarious.. I just did that the other day after my walk/run - I thought I was the only who did that! :laugh:

    Tuesday - oct 8 - 7.5 miles - walking
    Wednesday - Oct 9th 7.5 - Walking and then Walking/Running (HIIT)
    Thursday - Oct 10th - 3.29 walking
