10/1 - swam .7 miles, rode 9 miles, ran 1.7 miles
10/3 - ran 3.9 miles
10/5 - rode 9 miles, walked 2 miles
10/6 - ran 2.6 miles, walked 1 mile
10/8 - walked 2.6 miles
10/12 - TRIATHLON! swam .3 miles, rode 14 miles, ran 3.1 miles
10/13 - walked 1.7 miles
10/15 - ran/walked 2 miles
10/17 - ran 3.1 miles
10/18 - walked 1.6 miles
10/20 - ran 2.6 miles
10/22 - ran 4.2 miles
10/24 - ran 2.6 miles
10/26 - ran 3.5 miles
10/27 - ran 3 miles
10/29 - ran 2.6 miles

@speedy - I guess you're still feeling the effects of your *mountainous* half marathon, here's hoping recovery is speedy 'ish
@Jennymcwb - brilliant getting a bike - I have one in the garage that I keep threatening to resurrect - it doesn't seem to be happening at the moment
@Lovemyalex - tremendous no' of miles between the bike and walking - the exercise bike does get to my *kitten* though!!
@taxmom - Brilliant - I bet as I write this you have hit your target
@Cherie - hope this wrist recovers soon.

@DianneP - so envious of your lovely days as it is a bit wild and windy here in the UK - though not as bad in the NW (cf the S)

Soooo, as I was just in poking around with the spreadsheet and making preparations for November....
I noticed we have had the SECOND HIGHEST number of miles moved in any month since this challenge began three years ago!!!
Furthermore....we are ONLY 827 MILES FROM BREAKING THE RECORD!!!
And with three days left in the month, I'd say we have a darn good chance of taking that old record down!!
SO WHO'S WITH ME??? :bigsmile:

Furthermore....we are ONLY 827 MILES FROM BREAKING THE RECORD!!!
And with three days left in the month, I'd say we have a darn good chance of taking that old record down!!

Dave - Sorry no miles to add today - but did hit the gym for 60 min and worked in the yard pulling weeds for 105 min. Too bad we can't tack those on to help beat the big Goal.
