Push ups are pretty hated aren't they! I definitely agree, they're on of my most despised exercises. I pretty much enjoy almost all of the other strength exercises using weights, but it's body weight exercises i'm not a big fan of.0

Push ups and lunges they target a whole load of weak muscles and never fail to be painful but I try anyway, still cannot do a full military push up though :grumble:0

Jumping lunges, plie squat (sumo squat)+ triceps extension, reverse flyes and mountain climbers :sad:0

Alot of votes of push ups, lunges, burpees and all kinds of cardio. Haha.
I don't even wanna how the hell are jump lunges done and I pray to god my PT never makes me do this :explode:0 -
Curtsy lunges with weights - I can do them physically, but they aggravate my lower back.
Spinning - That was the longest hour of my life, although the music was really good. I burned a lot of calories, but I'd rather bike ride outdoors.0 -

Haha, it always varies for me. When I first started out doing them, I loved them. But now it's hit or miss, & varies on my mood. I usually don't love the jumping lunges at all, but the burpees are hit or miss.0 -
Arms. I do it because i want muscle but id rather be playing volleyball!0

I guess because I'm so weak at them its embarrassing. Maybe I should try it since I lost 30 lbs. I might be better at them now.0 -

Anything with jumping up and down doesn't really work for me due to the size of my chest.
I can't do tricep push-ups right. Elbows are supposed to go back, close to the body, and mine go out to the sides and I can't seem to correct it. Will keep trying, though!0 -
Running after 8 years in the military I hate hate hate running.0
