Hoisin sauce. Especially with some crushed peanuts and soy sauce mixed in.0

Depends on the dish, but some faves are sriracha, hot salsa, chili garlic paste, mayo, hoisin, (I don;'t mind the "lite" stuff if it's a decent brand - Best Foods/Hellman's or Kraft), plain yellow mustard, greek yogurt, horseradish, hoisin.....okay, I just like food and all that goes with it.0

there's a lot of sauces that have no calories in them, I'd suggest using those.0 -
Texas Pete hot sauce (we couldn't find it locally anywhere for a while so I ordered a gallon of it, cost me more to ship it than the purchase price!)
Salsa verde from the Mexican joint up the street (I could drink the stuff)
Vinegar - malt being my fave but in general, any vinegar0 -
Right now, I'm all about (i) red pepper jelly/relish (sweet and spicy)

Extra chunky hot salsa. I will put it on anything. Spicy hummus is a close second.
I love hummus too. Any flavor is good: garlic, pepper, artichoke, and spicy. It is so easy to make at home, so it is not necessary to buy it.0 -

Marmite (it's a british condiment...as an American it took me years to build up the courage...never looked back. Eat it every day.)
