Thanks OP for starting this thread. I didn't know how much I needed inspiration in this department until I scrolled through the posts. & thanks to everyone who put up their pics. :flowerforyou: Great job!
I've still got my back fat though I'm 35lbs down since Oct last year but I don't need my bra extension straps any more so definitely some progress there even though there doesn't seem to be.0 -
mine is slowly shrinking away.. I don't have photos just video but its almost gone0

Aftere photo taken this morning Left I must have been around 176lb-178lb Now I am 167lb! It is amazing what only 10lb's loss can do, which is why you should always take measurements too xx0 -
This thread makes me happy as well. Besides my stomach after having my son, my back is my most troublesome place. You ladies look amazing! I hope I can get a nice back after I start lifting heavy.OMG this thread makes me happy cos I swear my bat fat ain't moving ;(
Mine was one of the last places to really start seeing a decrease. Shaun T. is really good at helping that back fat, I follow his nutrition guide for Focus T25, on my 2nd round.
This photo really shows how much from day 1 of alpha to the last day of beta did for my back
Just a side note, your arms have more definition as well! I know I've said it before, but you look awesome!0 -

No pics - I'm at work - but it was the last place to even budge for me. You can see from all the wonderful progress pics that it'll go eventually. Just keep moving forward!0

here are a couple of my back photos. The first was taken in July of 2012 and the second was taken in May 2013. It could have happened sooner but I like to eat
I started at about 183...
This pic I was about 149...
Aside from cardio, all of my toning came from Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones 3 times a week0 -
1 year difference 6 months cardio 6 months and counting weight lifting

Wow! The difference between the before/after pics in this thread is amazing! Well done everyone!
Something I like too is how so many before pictures in the 200s and high 100s look like they lost *so much more* when they lost around 40 pounds or so. I am at a size where 40 pounds is nice loss...but only a couple people have even noticed. It helps the morale to think that someday it will be so much more noticeable!0 -
Love this alot... well done everyone .. fantastic results.0

Thanks for posting this thread, OP.
Just a few minutes ago (and I *kitten* you not) I was at the gym staring in the mirror at my back fat (or as one of my friends calls them, 'unsavory cups') and questioning if I'd ever be able to lose them. Seeing all of these before and afters really raised my spirits and gave me that hope that it's possible.0 -

This is so inspiring, can't wait to add mine. I have a ways to go, but after seeing this I want to post where I started and where I am now. Then post the end result when I get there. Celebrating mini goals is so important.0
