I live in NYC, so I'll take extra caution to avoid these addictive donuts since I haven't had one yet.
If I eat things I crave less often, they are more special when I have them. Maybe try treating yourself to a donut just one day per week and you can spend the whole week looking forward to it.
I tend to make less impulse purchases on food when I'm out if I've just eaten, so maybe try eating a big breakfast at home first. Then you'll know it won't even be fresh by the time you eat it.
To curb impulse purchases, it may be helpful to leave the cash at home. If possible, you can bring your lunch and snacks and not bring any money with you at all, so there's no way you can buy one!0 -
They look amazing - thank God these are in the confines of NYC.... Another one to watch out for is the Tarte Tropizienne - currently you can only get this in St Tropez and that's the way I hope it stays.
