Me too. If you eat less calories than you burn, you will lose weight. Eat what you like and what works for you and don't worry about anyone else. What is healthiest and/or works best for you will be different than what works for me, or your friends, or anyone else. Moderation is key. Just track every bite, lick and taste and enjoy what you eat.0
